Vail Skate Park

Vail will be re-assembling their skatepark over the next two weeks. 

This will be the fourth year for the seasonal installation located on the top deck of the Lionshead parking garage.  The completion is scheduled for use on May 17th.

The park will include a halfpipe, pyramid, mulitple ramps, transitions, rails and banks.  There will also be a street course area for less experienced riders to sharpen their skills.
It will be open from dawn to dusk and offer skateboard clinics throughout the summer beginning June 15th.

Vail's future plans are to build a permanent skatepark, the location is to be determined.
